Banking

This bank cleverly makes use of digital screens to direct content to customers. Larger screens are used to deliver broader messages, and smaller screens to deliver more focussed, personal messages.

Performance

Customers in banks are often there to perform specific tasks. Using signs to show them interesting content while they wait is an effective use of the opportunity to speak with them directly without requiring extra staff.

This bank also uses smaller screens to speak directly to customers who are interested in specific products, giving them the facts they need to know to make an informed decision, and leading them to make an inquiry if they wish to move to the next step of the purchasing process.

Implementation

DV Signage’s ViewStream 200 digital media player is used to drive the large LCD displays, delivering scheduled content consistenly. Easily updatable, this allows the bank to display up to date information with virtually no maintenance and guaranteed performance.

For smaller, more personal displays, then bank uses DV Signage’s VideoFlyer technology. An all-in-one LCD screen and digital media player, this built for purpose solution iwas chosen and quickly integrated into the shelf display design.
